I never realized how easy it was to create a webpage. I imagine that creating graphics and some really cool stuff would be more difficult, but the text seems pretty easy. Is there one software that is better than another to create HTMLs? Also why the change from three letter extensions to four? Does it really make a difference?

I've been trying to download Jing for the past week. I've tried on three different computers and can't get it to work on any of them. I've given up asking questions because no one ever answers them.
