Institutional Repositories

I did a paper on IRs for collection development and I find them rather fascinating. The Netherlands has some great IRs and are working with publishers to improve those IRs. Does Pitt have an IR? That was one thing I couldn't find when I was writing my paper. There was a meeting of ARL a few years ago and part of that meeting stated that all ARLs had to spend $50,000 on an IR.
